Terms of Service for Permanent Makeup Services

Welcome to Inked Brows International LLC. By booking an appointment for permanent makeup services or using our website and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from booking or using our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to receive permanent makeup services. Additionally, you confirm that you are not pregnant or breastfeeding and do not have any contraindications or health conditions (as outlined in our health questionnaire) that would affect the procedure.
3. Health Requirements & Consultation
Before any permanent makeup procedure, a consultation may be required to determine your suitability for the service. During the consultation, you will need to complete a health and consent form to disclose any health conditions, medications, or allergies. If any contraindications arise, we reserve the right to refuse service.
4. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, and this deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to provide adequate notice, you may forfeit your deposit or be charged a cancellation fee of $100.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service.
Late Policy: Due to our tightly packed schedule, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive at your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please allow extra time for traffic and finding the location.
Rescheduling: Please inform us if you need to reschedule your appointment within a 1-week notice if possible. Any less than a 1-week notice will result in a $50 fee. If you received a promo, it will no longer apply to your new rescheduled date.
You are given 48 hours to reschedule to a new date.
Any more than 48 hours will result in another deposit. You are allowed to reschedule only once, any more will result in another deposit.
5. Services Provided
We offer the following permanent makeup services:
Eyebrow Tattooing (Microblading, Powder Brows, Combo Brows, etc.)
Eyeliner Tattooing
Lip Blushing
All services are performed in accordance with professional standards, using safe and high-quality products. The results may vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, and other individual factors. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired outcome.
6. Payment
The full price of the service is due upon completion of the procedure, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prices for services are outlined on our website or during consultation and may be subject to change.
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, paypal etc.
7. Aftercare Instructions
Aftercare is crucial to the healing process and the final result of your permanent makeup. You will receive detailed aftercare instructions after the procedure, and it is your responsibility to follow these guidelines. Failure to adhere to aftercare instructions may result in less-than-optimal results or complications.
8. Touch-Ups and Retouch Policies
Permanent makeup is a semi-permanent procedure, and over time, it may fade. Most clients will require a touch-up within [6-8 weeks] after the initial session. The touch-up session is not included in the price of the service .
9. Risks and Limitations
While permanent makeup is generally safe, as with any cosmetic or tattoo procedure, there are risks involved. These include but are not limited to infection, allergic reactions, scarring, fading, or uneven results. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Results can vary depending on various factors, including skin type, age, lifestyle, and aftercare adherence. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction.
10. Health and Safety
We take your health and safety seriously. All equipment used is sterilized and maintained to meet the highest hygiene standards. Our technicians are trained and certified to perform permanent makeup procedures in accordance with [local/regional licensing requirements].
If you experience any unusual symptoms (e.g., infection, allergic reactions, excessive redness) following the procedure, you agree to consult a physician at your expense immediately.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By booking an appointment, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
12. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inked Brows International LLC. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services, including any dissatisfaction with the permanent makeup results. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, are the property of Inked Brows International LLc. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of this content without our prior written consent.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the courts of West Virginia.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inked Brows International LLC., and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services, including any claims related to your failure to follow aftercare instructions.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Photos and Videos
Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by our insurance and may be posted on my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes.
19. No Guest
No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross-contamination.
Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off and pick you up.
Translators are allowed.
20. Gift Vouchers
Coupon is only valid once. Voucher exchange & must bring the voucher
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Limit one gift certificate per service.
Vouchers are only applicable for first time clients only.
